Since there has been an increase of cases, we're re-publishing this informative video.
Recently, there has been an increase in agents from various departments knocking on doors, and we believe it is crucial for you to be informed about your legal rights during such encounters. According to the law, you are not obligated to respond to any questions without proper legal representation.
If you find yourself in a situation where law enforcement or other agents are at your door, please remember the following:
You have the right to remain silent: You are not obligated to answer any questions. You can politely and firmly state that you wish to remain silent.
Request to speak to a lawyer: If you are asked any questions, you have the right to request legal representation. Politely inform the agents that you would like to speak to a lawyer before providing any information.
If you encounter this situation, politely ask for the agent's business card. This information will be essential for future reference.

Why Did The Rebbe Encourage Whistling?
שריקה של שמחה אמיתית יכולה לפעול שינוי ביהודי
When the Algemeiner Journal published a picture of the Lubavticher Rebbe whistling, it evoked a negative reaction among some, who felt that the image of a Rebbe whistling was undignified. The Rebbe had a different view of the subject

TYH Nation Presents: Farbrengen | Sruly Green
Many think that the idea of a Farbrengen is just to have a good time. Sit around, share some Torah, sing some good niggunim and maybe make a L’chaim with some food.
But the truth is that it is so much more.
Yisroel, The Torah, and Hashem are all one, as Chazal tell us. The Baal Shem Tov’s mission was to spread an experiential Yidishkeit, leading to the ultimate unification of these three premier elements of our world.
Bnei Yisroel and the Torah are expressions of Hashem in this world, but at their source they are all truly unified. A Farbrengen brings these elements together. The chevra represents Bnei Yisroel, gathering together to sing heilige songs and share the Torah which are both vehicles to be used to connect to Hashem.
In this way, a simple gathering is actually the ultimate elevation from the mundane world into the G-Dly realm.
Written and composed by The Blumstein Brothers, Mendy Worch & Mendy Portnoy

Healing Begins Here, Sometimes You Need a Fresh Start
You gave me the strength that I never knew I had.
Depression, anxiety, and addiction are often direct responses to complex childhood traumas. They hinder the ability to live a truly peaceful and resilient lifestyle and frequently get in the way of relationships and functionality in society.
Paving the path for recovery, Fresh Start is the first step that hundreds of men and women in our community need. In the 7-day retreat, a clinical team of doctors, trauma experts, and world-renowned professionals carefully guide each person through their individual journey to recovery.
Fresh Start is unique because although it includes numerous external factors, the participants are encouraged to find healing within themselves, to re-parent and re-discover their hurt inner child. With separate retreats for men and women, the program aims to cut between 1-3 years of therapy. When done right, 7 days can feel like an entire lifetime.
Members describe the week-long program as eye-opening and life-transforming. In the words of a retreat participant from 2023, There are no words to describe this experience. I am overcome with emotion at how I’m leaving here a different person than when I came.
Fresh Start isn’t just a retreat, it’s a family. The care and assistance extends to more than just the 7 days of their flagship retreat program. Staff relationships remain as a supportive anchor, offering post-retreat webinars, referrals for alumni, and general trauma education.
In 2024, Fresh Start intends to launch Rabbinical training and seminars for school teachers about the topic. In addition, they will host educational workshops that cover areas of concern in the world of trauma and addiction.
This week, give trauma survivors a chance to heal. In a unifying fundraiser, we will use the power of community to display our compassion and care for one another and our aspiration and hope for recovery.
Invest in Fresh Start. Invest in the healing of our community’s trauma.

Purim Upmix - Shloime Kaufman Ft. Afiko.man
Every Yom Tov holds a unique spiritual energy, a light, an Ohr, that we can absorb to elevate ourselves throughout the year. This energy empowers us to internalize lessons that bring us closer to Hashem.
Purim unveils the deepest of truths: even without overt miracles, Hashem remains the master orchestrator. Unlike other miraculous events where Hashem defies the laws of nature, the Purim story unfolded within these very “rules”! This teaches us that the seemingly ordinary world is a vessel through which Hashem's will is carried out. On Purim, the mask is lifted, and we can experience this truth with clarity – feeling it, breathing it, living it, singing it!!
Use this clarity to reach pure inner Simcha! Internalize the knowledge that every event in your life, every interaction, challenge, and joy, flows directly from Hashem's guidance. His love for you is unconditional, like a parent's love for a child.
Sing along with the realization that just as Hashem orchestrated the events of Purim, He is present with you, always. Even when you don't see the light at the end of the tunnel, you can find peace and joy, knowing that you are in the Best of Hands.
Experience the true Simcha of Purim - the serenity of knowing you are deeply loved and divinely guided.
